Unite the Manchurian People: The Party is committed to uniting all nativist and patriotic compatriots in the Manchuria region, strengthening national consciousness, jointly resisting the plunder and oppression of foreign colonialism, and promoting the self-determination and independence of Manchuria, with the highest ideal being the establishment of an independent and autonomous nation governed by Manchurians themselves.

Oppose Imperialist Hegemony and Colonialist Aggression Groups: We firmly oppose the exploitation and oppression of Manchuria by Chinese imperialism. The oppression and long-term plunder by Chinese imperialism have deeply harmed the Manchurian people, and we vow to fight for an end to this unjust state.

Pursue Genuine National Self-Determination: The Party advocates for a genuine national self-determination movement originating from the broad masses of people in the Manchuria region, with the goal of achieving true national independence and autonomy. The purpose of national self-determination is to establish a nation that truly represents the interests of the broad Manchurian people, freeing us from the oppression and plunder of imperialism and colonialism.

Achieve Prosperity and Strength: We are dedicated to establishing a prosperous and powerful nation, enabling all native compatriots to live good lives. While promoting economic development and cultural flourishing, we will also protect the interests of Manchurian native families to ensure the well-being and future of all Manchurian people.

II. Core Concepts

National Independence: Manchuria has historically been an independent and sovereign nation, and the Manchurian people have the right to determine their political destiny. We firmly advocate for striving for the complete independence of Manchuria through all legal means, achieving true self-governance.

Social Justice: We advocate for establishing a fair and just social system, allowing Manchuria to break free from the predicament of exploitation and plunder by foreign imperialist forces, while also ensuring that the fundamental rights and freedoms of every Manchurian are not infringed upon by external forces, and establishing a social and judicial system suitable for Manchurians themselves.

Economic Development: The Party is committed to promoting economic development and prosperity in the Manchuria region, transforming the current dilapidated native economic structure, freeing our economy from unequal oppression and exploitation, enabling our people to lead better lives. Our goal is to achieve economic independence and establish a prosperous and powerful Manchuria.

Culture and Beliefs: We value the history and cultural heritage of the Manchurian nation, and we welcome individuals of different religious beliefs to join us. We encourage the development of our unique and diverse native culture. In our view, there is no hierarchy between native Manchurian religious beliefs and regional cultures; we encourage equality and respect. Simultaneously, we encourage the Manchurian people to strengthen national cultural cohesion while maintaining traditions, enabling every Manchurian to confidently speak their native language, and allowing our unique native culture to be inherited and continued.

III. Key Policies

Political Security: We advocate for promoting the establishment of an efficient and stable political system to ensure the fairness and effectiveness of all levels of government, safeguarding the political life of the Manchurian people. We oppose any foreign hostile forces interfering in native politics and firmly uphold political independence and security.

Economic Autonomy: We promise to abolish the foreign colonial economic system and advance native economic independence and autonomy, reducing external dependence. At the same time, we encourage the development of native enterprises to ensure the independence and stability of the Manchurian economy.

Educational Development: We pledge to abolish the existing colonial education system, implement efficient and thorough reform, and establish an education system consistent with the values of the Manchurian people.

Foreign Policy: We adhere to an independent foreign policy, establishing equal and mutually beneficial cooperative relationships with the international community, and striving for international support for Manchuria’s national self-determination and development, ensuring Manchuria has a place in the international community as an independent sovereign nation.

Social Security: We commit to establishing a sound social security system to change the current social situation in Manchuria, addressing potential social issues, such as those similar to the mass layoffs that occurred, should the Chinese imperialist regime collapse.

IV. Action Program

Organizational Building: Strengthen the Party’s organizational development, cultivate cadres at all levels, enhance the Party’s combat effectiveness and cohesion, and ensure the implementation of the Party’s program and policies. The body is the capital of revolution, and political power grows out of the barrel of a gun. We encourage members to arm themselves, conduct military training, and strengthen their bodies while cultivating firm beliefs.

Acting Legally: In the current phase of development, strictly comply with the laws and regulations of the location where members reside, maintaining the legality and legitimacy of actions, and striving for broad international recognition and support.
